GPDO - Certificate of Lawful
Development Appeal Decision Index by category of
development.
The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) Order 1995
Part 1 (as amended on 1 October
2008)
Here we
schedule the appeal decisions by category of development
with some interesting summaries some of which are not
conistent with other appeals which is worrying.
And lastly - a word of
thanks:-
Special thanks must go to a certain Planning Officer for
locating and assessing these Appeal Case files (Thank you
so much S.S.) - May your great work continue in these
challenging times for both sides of the building design &
planning profession.
Without his relentless efforts in maintaining, recording
& commenting on these appeal decisions, you the homeowner,
would probably still be in the dark as to what may or may
not constitute permitted development through the appeal
process.
The areas of consideration for separate analysis are of
follows:-
