ask us a question on permitted developmentIf you want to save time researching this web site or you are unable to find an answer to your question on permitted development & your particular site, then why not contact us with your question direct.

For the last 18 months I have offered this service free of charge but it has now become too demanding on my time interfering with my day to day running of my Architectural Services Business.

Regretfully I have now had to introduce a small fee filtering process that compensates for my loss of time completing other fee earning projects.

For a modest £50.00 fee (payable via paypal) you can either speak to me on the telephone or send me an email explaining your query & situation where I will take a view & offer an opinion.

This service is offered to homeowners wishing to extend, Developers, Architectural Service Providers & other interested parties such as neighbours whom may be affected by such PD works & wish to query its legitimacy.

If you want to use this service you agree to the following terms:-

1 - Payment must be made prior to contacting me. Click the paypal link below. Make a record of any receipt offered.

2 - Make contact via email or telephone as you choose. If I can respond immediately via telephone I will do (as in most cases). Alternatively you may have to ring back or I will contact you later. If you get the answerphone please leave a message with your contact details. My target would be to respond to all queries & contacts within 48 hours to resolve your issues.

3 - Should further research be required by myself in order to give you a more concise answer, I may have to ask for an additional small fee but I would aim to avoid this & it is unlikely.

4 - There is no guarantee that I will be able to endorse your approach or interpretation so you may not get the answer you were hoping for.

5 - I do promise to give you a totally unbiased opinion based upon my knowledge & experiences to date.

6 - Should you decide to take action on your scheme based upon our discussions, you agree to formulise your project into a drawing & submit a Certificate of Lawful Development application to the Council & wait for the issue of the certificate prior to starting the works on site.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME WITHOUT FIRST PAYING THIS SMALL FEE NO MATTER HOW MODEST YOU THINK YOUR QUERY IS.

Thank you!
